Connect Google Analytics

Last updated October 22, 2026

To connect Google Analytics to SilenceRadar, sign in with Google, choose Connect Google Analytics, approve read-only access on Google's screen, then choose which GA4 properties to watch. SilenceRadar lists every property the account can see and builds a starter board if you want one.

Steps

  1. 1

Go to silenceradar.com and choose Start free trial, then Continue with Google. This only shares your name and email.

  2. 2

    Connect Analytics

Choose Connect Google Analytics. Google asks you to allow read-only access to your Analytics data. Keep the Analytics box ticked and continue.

  3. 3

    Choose sites to watch

SilenceRadar lists every GA4 property the account can access. Untick any you don't want on the Radar or watched for silence.

  4. 4

    Pick a starter board

Choose a template such as Agency overview, or skip and build your own.

  5. 5

    Open the Radar

Every watched site appears with its live visitors. Your 7-day trial has started; nothing is charged unless you subscribe.

Permissions

SilenceRadar requests the analytics.readonly scope. It can read reports and the list of your accounts and properties. It cannot create, edit or delete anything in Google Analytics. You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account under Third-party apps and services, or by disconnecting the account in SilenceRadar.

If no properties appear

  • Make sure the Google account has at least Viewer access to a GA4 property.
  • Universal Analytics properties are not supported.
  • If you were just given access, choose Refresh properties in Settings, Accounts and properties.
