Multiple Google Analytics accounts in one dashboard
Last updated October 22, 2026
SilenceRadar lets you connect any number of Google accounts and shows every GA4 property they can access in one dashboard. Each report is requested with the account that owns the property, so client accounts, a work account and a personal account can all feed the same Radar, boards and alerts.
The problem with switching accounts
Agencies are often added to a client's Analytics with the client's own Google account, or under a separate login per client. Freelancers end up with three or four Google logins, each with a few properties. Google Analytics shows one account at a time, so getting a picture of everything means switching back and forth.
How it works in SilenceRadar
- 1
Sign in
Sign in with any Google account. Sign-in only shares your name and email.
- 2
Connect Analytics
Grant read-only Analytics access for that account. Its GA4 properties appear within seconds.
- 3
Add more accounts
In Settings, Accounts and properties, choose Add Google account and pick another login. Repeat for each account.
- 4
Work across all of them
The Radar, boards, alerts and reports now see every property, whichever account owns it.
Keeping a big list manageable
- Group properties by client, brand or region and filter the Radar by group.
- Hide properties you have access to but don't care about, such as Google's demo properties.
- Pin important sites to the top.
- If Google stops accepting one account's access, only that account is flagged for reconnection; the others keep working.
Questions
Does SilenceRadar need admin access to my properties?
No. It uses the read-only Analytics scope. Viewer access to a property is enough.
What happens if two of my accounts can see the same property?
The property appears once. SilenceRadar uses whichever connected account is healthy.
