How to see multiple GA4 properties in one dashboard
Last updated October 22, 2026
Google Analytics 4 has no built-in way to show more than one property, or more than one Google account's properties, on a single screen. To get a multi-property dashboard you either switch logins and tabs by hand, blend properties in a report tool like Looker Studio, or connect your Google accounts to a tool built for it, such as SilenceRadar, which adds every property to one live view in about two minutes.
Why GA4 makes this hard
The GA4 interface is scoped to one property inside one Google account at a time. The property picker at the top left only lists properties that account can access, so if your sites are split across a client's account, a work account and a personal account, you're signing out and back in, or juggling several logins in different browser profiles, just to check them all.
Even inside a single account with many properties, GA4 has no "all properties" view: no combined realtime count, no single trend line, no shared alert. Each property's reports, explorations and realtime card stand alone. A dashboard that shows GA4 accounts and properties together has to be built on top of the Google Analytics Data API, which GA4 itself doesn't do for you.
The options people have
- Switch accounts and tabs by hand, bookmarking each property and checking them one by one. Works for two or three sites, falls apart past five.
- Give every property Viewer access from one "master" Google account. This fixes the login-switching problem but not the one-property-at-a-time view, and it doesn't work when a client won't add your account as a user.
- Blend properties in Looker Studio with a Google Analytics connector per property. Flexible for scheduled, static reports, but its GA4 connector has no realtime data and blending many data sources into one chart takes manual setup per report.
- Export to a spreadsheet with Apps Script or the API, then chart it yourself. Full control, but it's a build-and-maintain job, not a dashboard you open and trust.
- Connect your Google accounts to a multi-property monitoring tool such as SilenceRadar, which calls the Data API with the right account for each property and lays them out on one screen automatically.
How to do it in SilenceRadar
- 1
Connect with OAuth
Sign in with Google, then choose Connect Google Analytics and approve read-only access on Google's consent screen. SilenceRadar never sees your Google password, only a scoped, revocable token.
- 2
Add your properties
Every GA4 property that account can see appears within seconds. Repeat Add Google account for each other login, such as a client's account or a second work account, and their properties join the list.
- 3
Build a drag-and-drop dashboard
Create a board and drag on widgets: live visitors, a trend, a top-pages list or an across-sites widget that puts several properties side by side. Resize and rearrange until the layout matches how you actually check your sites.
- 4
Turn on alerts
Set a silence alert on each property so you hear about it the moment a site stops getting traffic, instead of noticing at month end.
- 5
Schedule email reports
Attach a board to a weekly or monthly email schedule so every property's numbers land in your inbox without opening the dashboard.
Keeping many properties organized
Once a handful of properties becomes a few dozen, group them by client, brand or region and filter the board to one group at a time, hide properties you have access to but don't need to watch, and pin the ones you check first. If an account loses access, only that account's properties are flagged for reconnection; the rest of the dashboard keeps working.

Questions
Can I see multiple Google Analytics accounts in one dashboard?
Not inside GA4 itself. GA4 shows one account at a time. A tool like SilenceRadar connects several Google accounts separately and shows every property they can access in one dashboard, requesting each report with the account that owns the property.
What's the simplest free option?
If you only need scheduled reports, not realtime data, Looker Studio can blend several GA4 properties into one report for free. It won't show live visitors or alert you when a site goes quiet.
Does this need admin access to each property?
No. Read-only Viewer access to a property is enough to add it to a SilenceRadar dashboard.
How is this different from GA4's own multi-property reporting?
GA4 doesn't have multi-property reporting. Each property's UI, including its realtime card, is scoped to that property alone. A multi-property dashboard is built on top of the Google Analytics Data API, outside GA4.
How long does setup take?
Connecting the first Google account and seeing its properties takes under a minute. Adding a drag-and-drop board, alerts and a scheduled report usually takes about ten minutes in total.
